The Leadership Practitioner community is an online, private, subscription community of practitioners who believe that leadership is a conscious choice to show up and create create conditions for themselves and others to be, bring, and do their best - not a title.You bring the desire to do the work that makes great leadership possible, to connect how you show up to who you want to be as a leader, to put people over the transactionality of work (while nevertheless getting work done), and to create environments where people can genuinely thrive.We will bring the expertise and support to help you build a practice of leadership that fits your values and your context in the way you need it and at a pace that works for you.When you join, you become part of a community of people who are committed to discovering and developing their unique practice of leadership through inner work, outer practices, and continuous learning.Your fellow Leadership Practitioners are going through their journeys just as you are, facing challenges just like you, working towards improvement just like you, and are there to support you, just as you would them.You can go as deep as you want with live and on-demand workshops, small group implementation mastery sessions, one-on-ones - there are many ways to get the support you want in the way that you want it.

I’ve been gathering and shaping community for most of my life. Before this, I designed and led advocacy, community building, and education projects in the anti-violence, disability, and youth sectors. I love bringing people together for experiences that give them something real — and help them give something back to each otherJonathan and I are bringing this community together as an evolution of the coaching, tools, and practices we were using to do our own best work. Here we aspire to share it with others, connect with others, grow with others, thereby creating conditions for ourselves and others to be, bring, and do our best.

Time Investment
To help make sure that you keep a steady momentum going, we recommend setting aside about 1-2 hours per week, every week. You'll spend this time either attending a live training class (1hr) or a live Implementation Mastery session (1hr) or reading about a leadership practice, or working through an exercise.Cost Investment
Option 1
You can jump in and give it a try for $36 for your first two weeks. After that, it’s just $36 weekly for as long as you want to continue. Stay as long as the experience feels purposeful, cancel at any time.Option 2
We believe that discovering and developing your practice of leadership is best done continuously and cumulatively over time. So, at any time, you can commit to 1 full year with a one-time payment of only $1,600 (SAVINGS OF OVER $250). And as a bonus for that commitment, we’ll work with you one-on-one to figure out what you would want your leadership practice to look like and help you setup your way to get there.All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
